Spectrum Aquatics staff volunteered to help around the school yard one day last week, spreading bark chips, cleaning the grounds and removing old lockers and equipment!! They also built us two wonderful protective boxes for around unsightly plumbing that was protruding on the playground. On May 20th, the 2nd-4th grades took a trip to the Bison Range and the Jocko River Fish Hatchery. We had the opportunity to see bison, elk, antelope, and trout of all sizes. The field trip was made possible through a $250 transportation grant from Montana Public Lands!!
DeSmet 8th graders are headed to Washington D.C. on May 5-May 8 to experience the United States capitol and learn about America’s government.
